⚖️ Gracious Professionalism – Chuyên Nghiệp Tử Tế
Gracious Professionalism là sự cân bằng giữa khát vọng chiến thắng và trách nhiệm đạo đức đối với cộng đồng.
Đó không phải là một quy tắc cứng nhắc, mà là lý tưởng để mỗi thành viên FTC hướng tới:
Làm việc hết mình, thể hiện kỹ năng tốt nhất, nhưng không bao giờ đánh mất sự tử tế, tôn trọng và giá trị con người.

🤝 Coopertition – Cạnh Tranh Để Cùng Tiến Bộ
Nếu Gracious Professionalism là tinh thần, thì Coopertition® chính là hành động.
Coopertition là khả năng vừa cạnh tranh hết mình, vừa sẵn lòng hỗ trợ người khác, bởi sự tiến bộ chung quan trọng hơn bản ngã của mỗi đội được thể hiện qua:

Gracious Professionalism is the balance between the desire to win and ethical responsibility to the community.
It is not a rigid rule, but an ideal that every FTC member strives toward:
Working to the best of your ability and showcasing your strongest skills—while never losing kindness, respect, and human values.

If Gracious Professionalism is the spirit, then Coopertition® is the action.
Coopertition is the ability to compete fiercely while still being willing to support others, because collective progress matters more than individual ego.
It reminds us that helping other teams does not make you weaker—it makes the entire competition stronger.
When a team shares motors or code, it proves that our shared goal is to build a learning environment that is respectful, supportive, and inspiring.
